Delivery Times and Shipping Information

UK Delivery

Standard shipping rate - 3.99 GBP with tracking.   

Delivery should be recieved within 2 working days.  Orders should be placed by 3.00pm to achieve 48 hour delivery. If you need your order for a Saturday delivery please place order by 2.00pm on Thursday.

Please note we state 2-5 days delivery allowing for hold ups.  However the service is 48 hours.  If you order on a Friday you should receive your package by the following Tuesday. 

Express Shipping rate - 4.99 GBP.

Order before 3.00pm to receive your purchase within 48 hrs. (excludes Sundays and Public Holidays)

Please Note: if your oder comes in after 3pm and you select this option we will do our best to send out your package for express delivery.  Next day is not guaranteed when selecting this service.

Free Delivery

We currently offer free 48 hour tracked UK delivery on orders over 100 GBP. 

On occassion we also offer free delivery with no minimum spend as a special promotions.  

Changes/ Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@thedrsr.com

Our hours for receiving queries are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.00PM. We will do our best to rectify your order however we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
