Delivery Times and Shipping Information
UK Delivery
Standard shipping rate - 3.95 GBP with tracking.
Delivery should be recieved within 2 working days. Orders should be placed by 3.00pm to achieve 48 hour delivery. If you need your order for a Saturday delivery please place order by 2.00pm on Thursday.
Please note we state 2-5 days delivery allowing for hold ups. However the service is 48 hours. If you order on a Friday you should receive your package by the following Tuesday.
Next Day Shipping rate - 5.95 GBP with tracking.
Order before 3.00pm to receive your purchase the next day. (excludes Sundays and Public Holidays)
Please Note: if your oder comes in after 3pm and you select this option we will do our best to send out your package for next day delivery however it may arrive a day later than expected. Next Day cannot be guaranteed.
Free Delivery
We currently offer free 48 hour tracked UK delivery on orders over 50 GBP.
On occassion we also offer free delivery with no minimum spend as special promotions.
Local Drsr Delivery
If you live in the Southend-on-sea, Essex area please check to see if your postcode is valid under this category and select option at check out for free local 24 hour delivery to your door. (Item will be delivered by 6.30pm next day including Saturday.)
Please only select this option if you are guaranteed to be at the address for handover. We cannot leave packages outside unattended and cannot be made liable for the loss of any package in this scenario.
International Delivery:
We currently use any competitive courier for USA deliveries. Your parcel should reach you within 7 days if ordered Mon-Thursday. If you order on a Friday or the weekend then we may need to add 3 more days onto the delivery time.
Please note there are current delays on packages leaving the UK. We will keep you updated on any hold ups you may have with your order. We cannot take responsibility for your parcel not making it to you within 7 days but we will do everything possible to make sure your package arrives to you safely.
We also cannot take responsibility for any customs duties you may need to pay when you parcel arrives within USA customs.
EUROPE
Due to brexit you may experience a delay on packages arriving to Europe.
We try our best to deliver your parcel within 7 days of shipping using a courier of our choice at the time of order. We will send you tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

Changes/ Cancellations

Our hours for receiving queries are Monday–Friday, 9AM–5.00PM. We will do our best to rectify your order however we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
