We are happy for you to return your unwanted item to us within 14 days of receiving your package.  We hope that you love it but if there is a reason you need to return it please contact us at customerservice@thedrsr.com to inform us and to arrange your return. 

At this time we are unable to pay for posting your returned item to us so please maintain proof of postage when sending back to us.  

We ask you to contact us to confirm your return reason prior to sending back, we will then provide you with the returns instructions and the address to send it to.

The Drsr will refund you for the returned item/s by the same payment method that you used when purchasing your order, please ensure that the items are returned clean with no make-up/ tan marks, are unworn and all original tags are still attached.

We personally check and pack your item with care however if there is a discrepancy in your order, or the item/s purchased are faulty please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us straight away by email to customerservice@thedrsr.com.  Please provide us with your order number and any information regarding your fault.  We will be happy to assist in a refund/ replacement as soon as possible.
